We think that she died in either 1931 or maybe around 1935. I checked the SSDI - even though I think she died before the data was recorded as such - and I also checked the NJ cemeteries that I found on line. I don't belong to ancestry, etc, since I am retired. If there happens to be AKS out there who has a membership and the time and would like to check the census reports for me that would be wonderful. She may be in the 1900, 1910, 1920 and 1930 census reports - or even before then. She may have been born about 1861 and we don't think that she was ever married...although she sometimes also went by the name Ester Horlbeck Miler. (That is M-i-l-e-r with only one "L".) She was a china painter, and sometimes painted under the names of "F.B. Hall" or "Spears", but no one thinks those were her legal names. Family members said that she couldn't finish her last painting commission when she got sick and died. Thanks so much for any help anyone out there can give me, Charlotte.
