I'm on ancestry several times weekly and have subscibed for 6
years. Personally, I am 100% sataified. It works for me. Obviously
eveyone can't be happy with the same thing. So for everyone that has
issues with ancestry and after, as a subscriber you contact them with
your complaints, then if they can't or won't correct them to your
satisfaction, Well,,maybe its time to not renew your paid
subscription. I have HeritageQuest and 2 others that I believe work
well.Maybe its time to find a service that meets your needs.
