Subject: [ROOTS-L] Re: ROOTS-L Digest V06 #316

This is a note from the list admin. You don't need to respond to it, I'm
doing a simple test, and will be able to see the results in my own mailbox.

But in case you're curious what's up: I'm replying to a digest. I ADDED a new
subject line: "Testing a new subject line". But I didn't take out the OLD
subject line ("ROOTS-L Digest V06 #316). What I'm trying to discover is ...
which will be picked up and used? Some of our posters who think they
changed the subject line from "ROOTS-L Digest" may well have done so,
but unsuccessfully, if they didn't stomp out (however one does that with
their e-mail software) the old subject line.

OK, let's see what happens! (I need to get a life...)
