I am trying to complete my family history books. I found that I don't have a photo of the tombstone of my cousin William Warren Spencer  who is buried in Assumption Cemetery  in Syracue New York. Is there a volunteer near  there who could take a picture for me. I would be glad to pay expenses in taking the picture . I would appreciate any help and suggestionsans will pay all expenses involved in taking the picture.
