Having just returned from the Angelina College Genealogy Conference to over
300 e-mails, I may have missed the original but let me offer this book which
should be available in any genealogical collection .... if not, seek to get
your librarian to get a copy.
"State Censuses, An annotated bibliography of censuses of population
taken after the year 1790 by States and Territories of the United States. "
Long title for such a small publication! Originally publishedin Washingto DC
in 1948, it was reprinted in 1975 by The Bookmark and I believe I've seen a
more recent reprint - try your search engine.. try Amazon.com
