    Most standard genealogy programs have a variety of pedigree charts, wall 
charts, descendant lists., etc.  You may need to check around to see which 
program has just what you are looking for.  I use RootsMagic and it has 
quite a few charts and reports.

    Also there are companies that sell a variety of decorative pedigree 
charts with various options where you write in the names yourself.  I 
remember the Pittsfield, MA National Archives shop had several of these.  If 
this is what you want I'm sure list readers could provide a variety of 
sources.
