No I do not know what the International soundex is or how to get into it.  could you please tell me how to use it?  I will try anything?  Someone told me he may have died in prison and I would like to know how to check that.  How do they make a death cert on ones who are exeduted?  I do not know the answers, I am just asking how to check these possibilities. He is a native of Ohio state, and I have checked all the records I could find in that state.  He was last seen in 1967 in Ohio.
