I want to be sure everyone knows that this is an old message from mailing list archives, not a current message. That message was not a statement of endorsement or negativity on my part toward to library. It was a question asked of my fellow genealogical professionals. It is actually a common question on my part because I get requests for links from all sorts of web sites. If they don't have names or contact information on them I often wonder why. That doesn't mean there is anything wrong with the site or the people who maintain it. In this case I do not recall why I asked the question of this particular site. That site isn't online any longer, so I can't revisit and try to figure out what my thinking was at the time. There are numerous bibliographies online (many posted by public libraries) that reference the Genealogical Center Library in Marietta, Georgia and its lending library by mail. That works for me.
