You might see if your local library has a book called "Stories in
Stone - A Field Guide to Cemetery Symbolism and Iconography" by
Douglas Keister. It may not include all the specific symbols you
mentioned, but it does give a pretty good overview of what many
cemetery symbols mean. I mentioned the book in my blog post about a
cemetery symbol I was having trouble with that turned out to be a
simple monogram...
