From: "Sherrie Sell" I am having a terrible time accessing Ancestry.com. Is anyone else having this challenge? Starting yesterday when I typed in the address I received a blank page with the word "done" in the bottom left corner. I tried to go thru Google and click on Ancestry but the same thing happened. The only way I can access is by going to Rootweb.com and going into the message board. I then have to sign into my account etc. Anyone have ANY suggestions? Or is something going on with my computer? Sherrieinfla ---- Sounds like this problem might be browser-related. What browser are you using? Have you cleared out your browser cache (temp Internet files) recently? Have you tried a "forced" refresh to see if the page comes up on the second try? If you are using a browser other than IE, have you tried using IE? Joan
