Thanks, Judy Evans-Helton Judy, I know early 1900 photos used glass plates as "film". They did so by coating the glass with the silver nitrate (I think that is right)solution that later was put on plastic(read celluloid) and called film. However, it would be almost impossible to determine when they were printed without some form of forensic analysis. Even today some people "experiment" and try to make old picture "tin types". A good museum of art might be able to date them for you or perhaps Eastman Kodak could, if they would. Respectfully, Jim Alexander
