My relatives in England moved a bit because they were renters (renting can 
make a unstable lifestyle, not because the rent is due, per se, but because 
the rent might go up, the landlord might want to rent to his children or 
relatives, the place may be too small, too big, etc.), and also because they 
were agricultural laborers.
