Subject: [ROOTS-L] Moving people > more from Phil
Sender: roots-in@roots-l.rootsweb.com

I have two messages , Why do people answer to ONLY the poster , Or only
to the List
Why not to BOTH the list and the poster ?????? , Nobody learn any thing if
the answers are not correctly posted , Nore can the poster correctly answer
the answers !
Now that thats settled , My Lenox family were farmers , My question was
more along the lines of Why did they move from New York to Mass and back to
New York then to Penns , then to Ohio all in the space of 20 years , Not
westward , Sideways !!!
James was renting or so I beleive as he bought a Farm in Ross Co in 1847
, paying cash for it !!! , But then I have not done a land search in N Y
or Mass yet , its only the past week I found them in the early census stuff
, I still need to locate town areas , I have had more than 6 replies but
only one was to the list and me , My name BTW is Phil not Joe
