I think this is a major problem - people not knowing that there is a Spam Blocker from their server and/or from their anti-virus software (Norton, etc). They do not know and because the email is blocked they never find out!! Perhaps we all need to look at our server security and our anti-virus security so that we are prepared to receive those serendipitous emails.
