I may have posted this before, I'm not sure.  I used to get annoyed when
people would reply to all when answering one person's request that does not
serve to educate others about how to do or where to find something.  I've
had a change of heart, though, when it dawned on me that answering a
personal request via "reply to all" serves to let others know that the
request was addressed, thus saving who knows how many other people the time
in answering the question.

And yes, this is a new email ;).  I got tired of AOL being stupid with their
whitelist privileges and just plain missed the RW mailings!
