Hello GROUP , I have posted this message a few times in the past 10 years
I will now do it again , There is a BOOK , Named " 200 years of US
Census Taking , Population and Housing questions , 1790 - 1990 " ,
Published by US Department of Commerce , BUREAU OF THE CENSUS , Nov 1989 ,

Stuff , including the topic being discussed , TWO Full pages worth

I can possible scan and upload , BUT don`t know how or where
