Census records of Clintonville/Barbour/Dale and Coffee/Covington Counties list father b both in SC and GA. No luck searching those states. It has been purported that the name is Scott so searched for Josh living with a Scott in GA and SC. He, his brother and sister cannot be found on any census any where living with any one as children. Ancestry has limited information for him as he is listed on the census' about three times. His death certificate states, "Father: Unknown", and all attempts to find one for his brother, William Lewis, have failed even though his death occurred 1946 per obit and marker. Can someone give me an idea of where to go from here? Without that information, my father's tree ends. Will appreciate any assistance. Barbara A. Harrison-Hurst
