The first two you mention are Mass cards, only from Catholics but can be sent to anyone with the Mass being said for the deceased.
The last, Funeral cards have been around for a long time, I have them from my g.g.grandparents who were Protestant and many funeral parlors offered them to it's patrons. I have never heard them referred to as Mass cards.
