There are two "Taylor" in PA, one north of Wilkes Barre, near Scranton, in Lackawanna/Blair County. The other was nearer Pittsburgh. On the 1880 census, there are no Evans in Taylor, Blair County. However there were a number in other parts of Blair County -- but no Richard, and no Margaret. You probably don't know that the 1890 census was pretty well destroyed, and only bits and pieces left. Nothing from PA. So, I recommend you recheck your source for the Taylor, Luzerne County, PA, reference. Other ways to do this include looking by date of birth and place of birth for Margaret and parents. In PA there were lots of Richard Evans, lots of Margarets, and no Lueritias. (Only 11 Lueritias in the US). Please don't give up here! We all run into these problems, and the key is perseverance. Let me know what more you find out. Maybe I can help after all.
