    Just an added tidbit I learned a few months back.  Death certificates 
for someone who died in the St. Lawrence State Hospital in Ogdensburg are 
not at the Ogdensburg clerk's office where I first inquired.  They are kept 
at the mental hospital and one has to prove relationship to get a copy.
