Dallas Morning News? rather than Sun? The search button is there but I
note you have to set up an account to access. Pretty much the same with the
Houston Chronicle - if you are not a subscriber then you have to pay.
Here in Houston we can also access the obits on the Houston Public Library
site ... but of course, you have to have an HPL card -

Check with Dallas Public Library to see if they can help.
You might also want to try RAOGK .... http://www.raogk.org/ Random Acts
of Genealogical Kindness is a group of volunteers who offer to do FREE
specific things. Check out well before you ask to be sure you are asking
the right person ... and do not make requests of multiple volunteers at the
same time (nothing gets more disdain! than to find out we're down at the
library, courthouse, etc. and run into someone else who has been asked the
same thing by the same person ---- a sure way to 'get your name of the
list.') While the time for the research is free, expect to pay any out of
pocket expense --- copies, etc. I'm sure you'll find a good volunteer in
Dallas.
