Ken, the Social Security Administration * does not * guarantee all to be on
the Index they provide. Again, the Internet is a wonderful tool ... but
that's still what it is in many instances, a tool. Incomplete, inaccurate,
etc. in many cases.

There are at least two major places on the Internet to check. One is on
RootsWeb ..
http://ssdi.genealogy.rootsweb.com/ and to the right there is a menu.
SADIE Tutorial ... "Missing Entries."
Suggest you try this!

The second one is on Ancestry.com (subscriber based although some freebies),
and if you simply enter the term social security death index into your
search engine there will be a number of other possibilities come up.
