Also, your request was "for any information" - you did not specify what you really wanted. This should be a wake up call to others posting to the list. Please include a brief summary of what you do have so that others will not be wasting their time to do research that has already been done. A posting should include specifically what you need/desire. I am one of those who did some research and found that your Sidney MacRae back to your gr-gr-gr-grandfather James was listed as McRae in Kennebunk, York Co., Maine and that James was born in Canada.
