We never knew any of her birth family, never knew they existed until we found her birth certificate with her birth father's name on it. That is when I began looking for any and all info pertaining to her birth family. I put messages on all the boards and received more than one from long lost cousins, and the rest is history. We have exchanged pictures and have even travelled to get together in person, it has been exciting. I have also done work on all sides of my Dad's family names as well with much success. So thanks to the Internet and people willing to share their info, I have a whole other side of my family to enjoy and much more to look into.
