    My experience is that most libraries do not let their local 
history/genealogy books circulate on interlibrary loan.  However if one has 
page references,  they might be able to get something photocopied and sent 
to the requesting library.

    The NEHGS has a mail lending library for members for just a small fee to 
cover postage, etc.  However, I did not follow this thread for location, 
etc. to ascertain whether or not it is a book they might have.

    I'm assuming someone has already checked Heritage Quest for the 
possibility of this being on their site.
