It is entirely possible that they are deceased. These files remain
online even after the death of the submitter. I don't always answer
every request/email I get in regards to my own file on WC as I manage
several sites, lists and board on Rootsweb and I have on my World
Connect page that No replies will be made on minor surnames in my
family file. What is there is usually ALL that I have and it may be an
extreme collateral line that I do not research. Please keep that in
mind. Some folks are no longer reachable.....
