I found the World War I Draft Registration Card for my great grandfather at
ancestry.Com. Here is the information on the Card:
 
Joseph Bazil Girard
City-Springfield
County-Hampden
State-Massachusetts
Birth-July 16, 1880
Race-White
Born in Canada
 
At some point before 1905 he moved to Massachusetts. I don't have a
subscription to ancestry.Com. I was wondering if someone might look there to
find out where in Canada Joseph was born. Or if someone has a free site I
can check for his information I would appreciate it if you can send me the
link. Thank you.
