Subject: [ROOTS-L] How to list city-county-state?

Which is the correct way to list a person's place of birth, residence,
death, etc? Should it be city, county, state, or county, city, state, or...?

For example, do I list Yell County, Dardanelle, Arkansas? Or is it
Dardanelle, Yell County, Arkansas? I have been inconsistent in my notes, and
fear I must go back in and clean up...!
