Subject: [ROOTS-L] NYC Public School #40

I'm looking for the location of the Public School #40 in New York City in the 1925 - 1934. My guess is, it was located somewhere in the Bronx, in the vicinity of Teller Ave. and Boston Road (a person, who worked at this school, used to live in this area). 
May someone with an access to the NYC Directory be kind enough to look and find the street address of Public School #40?
