Subject: [ROOTS-L] Census and Newspapers

Hi:  Does anyone have access to the 1850 census for Oregon.  I am looking for Miles Cary who died 26 Sep 1858 in Yamhill County. He was born 15 Jun 1811 in Cumberland County, Kentucky.   Also thought maybe there might be an obit in one of the newspapers, for that time.  Appreciate any help I might receive.
