Subject: [ROOTS-L] Rust on embroidery

Since we're discussing Superglue on lace, does anyone
know how to get Rust stain out of a cotton embroidery
piece for framing purposes? The hoop rusted as the
person was embroidering. Thanks!
Would baking soda paste do the trick? The
embroidery fabric is a pale yellowish-green.

Sincerely,
  Laura:)

[Screener note: the glue on lace was afield for ROOTS-L, but at
least it was on a grandmother's (?) christening gown. This sounds
like modern embroidery, so is even further afield. Please respond
directly to Laura. Her e-mail is fuchsia3@yahoo.com]
