What are the parents names? When was Joseph born?

What is the son's name and maybe the mother/wife's name?

I went to www.familysearch.org and typed in the surname DENNISON...
Looks like they are mostly from ENGLAND and a few from IRELAND, and one
or two from SCOTLAND... So start with the area where there are the most,
ENGLAND....

We all know how well census takers do their job! It may be that the
accent was just noted as Scotch because the census taker had heard an
accent like it and just said Scotch. His parents may have spoke with a
big accent and it carried on to the children... I am still sticking with
England as the place to start, with Ireland coming in second.

Hope this helps and with more details hopefully can help more!
