Examples I own: Germany, Austria & Switzerland and including Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovak Republic, Liechtenstein Great Britain & Ireland Mexico (by itself) Scandinavia - consists of Norway, Sweden, Denmark & Finland France & Benelux and includes Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Andorra, Monaco and a great combo called Planning Map of Europe - list of countries a bit lengthy to reiterate here The Rand McNally Road Atlas book used to be available at Wal-Mart for $4.97 and is a genealogist's gem. All the state pages show counties and there is a good of counties & cities. There are more cities shown on the individual state maps, but the Road Atlas serves the purpose most of the time.
