Subject: [ROOTS-L] Newbie?

I have only been doing genealogy a little over three years when I first went on line and I wanted to join the UDC. All I can do is say thank you to the many people who have shared their info on what I need to do and where to go to access this info because I had no idea where to begin.  While I still consider myself a newbie, I have come a long way in searchin for my ancestors which has included going through cemeteries, libraries, courthouses, etc. Also, have met numerous cousins on line who have shared their genealogy with me.
