Subject: [ROOTS-L] 1895 Geography Aid

I have an 1895 "Aids in Geography, National Geographic Monographs of the Physical Features of the Earth's Surface" which has 34 maps in color.  Very interesting but no individual state maps.  Copyrighted in 1881.  How would I find out if it still is copyrighted ?  If there is NO copy right, I would be willing to make copies for anyone.        Dorothy
