Subject: [ROOTS-L] Why should people help you? **** not why but Re: ROOTS-L Digest V06 #54Re

I have been on these lists since their begining and
never heard that correcting grammar and spelling is
poor netiquette. It certainly isn't rude.
I used to correct such people but I have given it up
because those who use incorrect spelling and grammar
do not want instruction and prefer to wallow in
ignorance.
I simply never answer queries in which there are many
such errors, on any list.

Re: Why should people help you? **** not why but
HOW ***

To a few of you list members, and you KNOW who you
are, it is RUDE and
poor netiquette to send a message ON or OFF a list to
correct
someone's spelling or grammatical errors.
