Subject: [ROOTS-L] Helping hands

At times I have responded to requests for assistance with harsh words and actions.  More often than not, I later regret my harsh words and actions.  My  own trangressions in this area would fill a good sized book.  It could be titled 'What I Wish I had Said and Done'. At times I have responded to requests for assistance with kindness and consideration.  I have yet to regret taking that high road.  Try it sometime.  The view is much better from up there than it is down in the muck.
