Subject: [ROOTS-L] 3 SOLUTIONS TO....Why should people help you

There are 3 simple solutions to the problem of "Why Should People Help You".

1. If an email has ommissions or errors: Email the person directly and
explain what the problem is (even if you cannot help them). This might make them
repost the listing or improve what they send in the future. There is no reason
to humiliate a person in the public (even by email on a ROOTS List).

2. If you want to help: Do so to the best of your ability to answer their
problem. At least you have made an effort and get a "Gold Star" from the person
involved even if what you found might not have been what they were looking
for.

3. If you cannot, or do not want to help: Pass up the message and ignore
it!!!
