His name was Robinson/Robert Moore, born 14 March 1884 in Clinton, DeWitt Co., IL Robert married Minnie Miller, probably in Litchfield, Montgomery Co., IL. Her parents were found as J. W. Miller and Addie Flordell. They had sons, Elbert and Jacob Moore. On the 1920 census, Minnie was found as Minnie Lowe. With her were her two sons and two stepsons, each with a different last name. (I'm still puzzling over that one.) Robert died 5 April 1920, according to his mother's obit, and probably in Litchfield. His son Jake gave the information. I need a death announcement, obit, news article, whatever for Robert. He died so young it may have been from an accident. Robert's son, Jake, apparently once had a traveling circus called Moore's Modern Shows that had a circuit that included Litchfield. Does anyone have any information on this? I have son Elbert's information from Litchfield. This is another group of the descendants of Johannes Conrad Mohr, 1807 immigrant from the Rhine River area. Shirley Maynard Hampton, VA
