Subject: [ROOTS-L] Looking for father

Hello,
My niece is looking for her father whom she has never met.   We do not know 
his Service Number or his Social Security Number. All have we have is:

Robert Bruce Phillips born 11 May 1953 in El Paso, Texas
Father:  Virgil Phillips....he worked at the Texaco Refinery in El Paso, TX
Mother: Helen (Reid)....last known residence was Fort Myers, Florida
Sister:  Susan...lived in California
Brother: Ronnie ...was working in Canada

Robert Phillips was in the ARMY stationed at Ft Bragg, NC.   He was Tech 4 
and in the 31st Mike Signal Corps.  He served 13 months in Korea
Robert Phillips married 28 Apr 1970 in Akin, SC to E. L. Harris who was a WAC 
serving at Ft Gordon, GA.   They divorced.   They have a daughter, Kim, born 
in 1976 in GA.
