My Norfolk interests are in Siely/Seily. I have a Martha Ann Siely born c1833 married Alfred Gray 1856 (Cambridge UK). Census info indicate she was born Adlburgh/Thwaite Parish. Alfred Gray (husband) was listed as a widdower in the 1881 census so that means that Martha was deceased. The marriage certificate of 1833 gives her father as Wolsey Siely d'csd Surgeon. I found a Woolsey Siely on LDS as deceased 1843/Freebridge Lynn Nfk. I need to find a record of Martha's birth - so if some one could point me the right way I would be grateful. A witness on the wedding certificate was a Harriett Siely. I am interested because the Siely/Seily and Wolsey/Woolsey came down the generations as middle names in the Gray families. In anticipation.
