I am not sure where he lived in 1930. He was born on 18 Dec 1896 died in Apr 1972 in Westport, Grays Harbor, Washington. His parents were Daniel and Emma Rowley. He was married to Deborah Borst . Deborah Borst was supposed to have been married to Tilghman Junkin about 1917 in Fresno California. There was a Deborah Rowley born Sept 24 1898 and died Feb 1981 in King Washington listed on the Social Security site.] I tried to locate Horace in the 1920 census but could not find him using Heritage Quest.
