Subject: [ROOTS-L] free e-mail

This is very much off topic and I'm hoping all will forgive me, but I can't think of a better place to ask this question. 

We will be dropping our ISP soon and switching to free e-mail. I would like to be able to download our e-mail into Outlook Express as we always have. Does anyone know of a free e-mail service that will allow this?
