I think we're batting zero until someone sees a copy of the actual
certificate!  Whoever has it should be able to do a scan attached to an
e-mail ....
   I just feel that there is something here that is missing or has been
misinterpreted.

   But there have been too many tries by a number of us to presume that your
information is correct.  And you really need to know before you perpetuate
that 'unproven' bit of information as it will only lead to others accepting
