THe 1860 census is Thomas M Utley/Uttley who was living with the Walters then. I am wondering if they were a relative of Thomas because later after he married M. Rebecca Junkin they name one of their children Harry Walters Uttley /Utley. Thomas's father would have to been born about 1812 or so as Thomas was born around 1835/36. Thanks for the imput.
