Thomas M. Uttley was born in Huntingdon County September 5 , 1835; entered the law-office of H. J. Walters, of Lewistown, as a student, and in August, 1859, was admitted to practice in Mifflin County. He was district attorney from 1862 to 1865. Thanks anyway Suzy. I got the 1840 image.
