      Don't forget to think about your children.  I have 3 children.  The
oldest,
     a son, loves what I tell him about the family, but he is not going to
do the
     research and he is a messy person (like his mother) and would probably
be
     making notes on the back of the pages when he is talking with a
customer!    
     The second is a daughter who cannot stand clutter and she married a man
who
     feels the same.  
     
     The third child is more interested in what I am interested in than the
other
     two............so one day I asked her if she would take my genealogy
records
     when I am gone.  Her reply was: I would be honored!!  So don't forget
to 
     ask  before you send them off to some great Archive in the sky!
