No known picture of the Elise -- Type: ship / bark Built: by Johann Lange, Vegesak/Grohn Line: Bremen firm of Albers & Koncke Specs: 415 tons, length 332 meters x beam 8.8 meters, x depth 5.1 meters Accommodations: approx. 175 passengers Launched: May 10, 1835 Notes: originally rigged as a ship, but re-rigged late 1852/early 1853 as a bark. 1857 - sold to O.C.
