What I am having difficulty with is various spellings on a first name that I personally am unfamiliar with; Leenk (Jones). He shows up once with his wife, Pollia in the 1880 census, then nothing. Any ideas on possible variations I could try on this spelling? I wanted to take a chance to thank everyone who has taken the time to give me so many pointers on finding my g-grandparents Charles Henry Jones and Ida Belle Webb. Thanks to all of you I have made some progress and I do think it is a possibility that “Leenk Jones” may be Charles Henry Jones father…so I need to nail this name. Again, thanks to every one, Michelle
