This will take you to the Canadian governments online archives. I did some quick looking but found no POPKIN. You may have better luck and more time to search.... 2) I also went over to www.canada411.com and looked up POPKIN.... 9 in the whole country. BC, SK, QC and ON. I am guessing that Poplar London was in Ontario, Canada and not the London in England, UK? 3) Then I took a look at www.google.com and searched for Popkin family. Quite a few good hits. It might be worth it to check some of them out. 4) www.ourroots.ca is a wonderful place for books and such that are no longer under copyright.
